A Fantastic Family Getaway!

Our family enjoyed a nice stay with clean rooms and a fine view from our top-floor quadruple room. Breakfast was personalized and served promptly. Don't miss out on the Depot for very nice tacos nearby! Bring a light sweater for cooler evenings by the seaside.

It was as expected, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for two nights as a last minute trip away. Great place to stay, spotlessly clean, everything was very good. We had a rich breakfast with cereal and juices, as example included.

Cairn House was great with a cute atmosphere and excellent breakfast options. The road noise was a bit distracting.

The personnel was superfriendly and polite, and the owner too.

The room was immaculate and spacious. The breakfast menu featured a variety of fresh local ingredients, and I can't emphasize enough how delicious the full English was- 10/10!

Absolutely loved the spacious King Room with sea views. The room came equipped with a hair dryer, tv, and even an electric kettle for tea. Breakfast? Couldn't ask for more-plentiful, well-cooked, and served with a smile! Hosts were attentive, offering recommendations for local spots as well. The location was perfect for exploring Ilfracombe with bus stops just a stone's throw away. Parking was hassle-free too, plenty available on site. Only downside was a bit of road noise at night, which could be distracting. A small note on the bathroom-it was somewhat chilly and damp, could use better ventilation. Everything else.

Our stay was absolutely delightful, especially as we explored the nearby Ilfracombe Beach and enjoyed daily walks along the beautiful South West Coast Path. The hosts were wonderful, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well cared for during our time there. We loved the bright and spacious Standard Double Room, which offered lovely views of the hills and sea, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection and everything cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the sights nearby.

The large family room was perfect for all of us, and we enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast every morning. We even took advantage of the lovely sandy beaches nearby for some fun in the sun.

My kids wished for more activities for their age group.
